I am addicted to wii fit!!! It is so much fun, and is challenging enough to keep you interested while offering a lot of variety -so much that you really are able to strengthen all parts of your body.
I love that it helps your posture, balance and agility. How cool is it that you can hoola-hoop to increase your sense of rythym? I beat Dave at that by a long shot. I will disclose that when you measure your wii fit age for the first time, it is crazy. My age was 37- and I think I am in pretty decent shape. Dave's was 42. However we have shed 3+ years in one training session.

These pictures I found on-line say it all. They are similar to how we look while playing. So intensely engaged in our activity, and trying to beat our last score. Love it!!!
